Bought an initial bracelet with an A on it. I ask to return it because it was too big for my wrist. I didnt realize it would be that large. Customer service said no because it was a "custom piece" picking if the initial A was gold or silver tone doesn't make it a custom piece. Clearly it could be returned and sold again. I'm still waiting on my 2nd piece I ordered that won't be here until November because it's now on backorder. Which they say is also unavailable for a refund. This was my first purchase from BaubleBar and will definitely be my last.

Only good thing was I got my order fast but the gold literally tarnished within 5 days. I did not take a bath with the jewelry so I’m really perplexed about how fast it turned. I have purchased costume jewelry from the hair store that was better quality. Baublebar should be ashamed. For the price of some of this stuff it should last at least a yr. Straight garbage and a waste of money!!!

I ordered a necklace, it was cheaply made and broke the first day i wore it. Good thing it was on sale. I would have been mad if i paid full price for it. Good thing it was not a gift. I will not be ordering from them again.

I got a gold plated bracelet from Bauble Bar for Valentine's Day. I thought it was really cute. The issue is that the extension chain and lobster clasp are not gold plated. So that portion is already completely tarnished after only a month. Very disappointing!

I don’t usually seek to leave a review on items I have purchased unless I am extremely happy with an item or the very opposite. Given the fact that I was unable to leave a review on the website, which is odd, unless the company knows they will get an influx of poor ratings and reviews. I looked for a way to give a fair warning on the items I had purchased and my experience with them. The custom pieces (specifically the blankets) are not good quality. I purchased 8 of them, including one for myself, as Christmas gifts (Christmas 2024), customizing each for the receiver. The items arrived, beautiful design, unique, and in perfect condition. The items are folded neatly and stored in a basket, rarely used. the blankets were gifted to multiple households and yet all of them have the same pilling. This is also coming from an individual who takes extreme measures to ensure that items that are this pricey are well taken care of to prolong their longevity. My sister does as well and even more so, so when she mentioned to me that she couldn’t keep the pilling off of her blanket, or her husbands, despite theirs being used purely for decoration, that was upsetting for her because she looked up how much they cost and that I had spent that amount and she didn’t want to hurt my feelings concerning a gift that i had got them. and myself because I had put effort into getting everyone an item they would like and find use in.After only a couple uses and not a single wash (out of fear the items would look even worse afterwords, despite the items being advertised as machine washable), the items started pilling on both sides, one of which has a design on it and the other is just plain. This quality is not justified by the price of these items after being used a handful of times in the span of less than 6 months. I have purchased similar items from other companies and brands and have never had this experience in such a short amount of time. If you choose to purchase for yourself, or as a gift for someone, keep in mind that these are more for decoration with little to no use, and an expensive decoration at that.

My order took a long time to process, but I tried to be patient because it was customized. But upon arrival, the bracelets, which are pricey for someone like me, fit my two-year-old better than me, an average adult woman. I reached out to them because I was heartbroken, and they didn't help, just noted the size on the site. If you, like a normal shopper, assume a bracelet is a normal size and not for a doll, this is not the shop for you.

Ordered a customized necklace for my niece and it’s still yet to arrived. When I ordered it, the site says it’ll ship in 2 weeks but after confirmation it’s now 3 weeks. Why not add that to the site? And of course I can’t cancel the order because it’s a custom piece. The lack of transparency seems like a scam. Hopefully the necklace doesn’t fall apart whenever I do finally receive it.

Necklace has tarnished and the gold color looks copper now. I’ve only had it 3 months.
