NEVER CAME!
I bought 3 pairs of earrings. One was a Christmas present for my sister. Said it was shipped but never left Brooklyn. When I asked for a refund I got nothing but a walk around!

I ordered a piece as a gift and mistakenly did not pay attention to the return policy on the item. When I received the item, it did not look at all like what I had ordered. I honestly would not wear the necklace if I was paid and am now out $50.00. I will never order from this company again.

I purchased the midsummer ear crawlers in gold tone and have to admit they were really fun and cute for the summer. At $32 I thought they were reasonably priced. However after one week they started to tarnish. Finally after three months, when one earring was completely silver, I contacted customer service. Nikki asked me to send her pictures, which I did, then she emailed me asking me questions like if I wore them together (obviously) or separately, did I shower with them on? did I wear them to the beach? Blah blah blah back and forth with three or four emails only for her to tell me that "her hands were tied" due the date of my order (less than 90 days). After telling her she wasted my time, she offered me a store credit but I had to ship the damaged earrings back. I had to ask her for a prepaid label as one was not offered to me. I find this absolutely ridiculous. She won't send me a replacement or refund me my money. I have to wait to ship the earrings back and then place a new order using the store credit (which at this point she can shove because I don't see myself ever purchasing from this company again). If I wanted to buy crummy costume jewelry I would have paid $5 for the same earrings at forever 21. I thought this company would at least stand behind their products. I was very wrong. Next time, I'll stick with Nordstrom for my costume jewelry. I'd rather pay a little more knowing if I have a problem, I'll be taken care of.

I ordered from this company once. I was impressed. Decided to make a bigger order and wondered what took so long. I was tracking it, which was never updated. When it was updated, the package said it was on the way. Someone was at our house and checked when it said delivered. Nothing. At. All. Guess what BaubleBar told me?!? Wait til the weekend is over. Ten days later, still nothing. Then they switch representatives on me and have another bs excuse for no box. Never again. I dont have my jewelry and I'm out 40 damn dollars.

I seriously don't know what the other reviewers purchased at baublebar.com that led them to post such glowing reviews, but my experience was truly a one star rating...zero if it was possible! I bought some Stila makeup at Ulta and received two $10 gift cards to Baublebar.com. I ordered 2 items for my 13 year old daughter. Both of the items were on clearance/sale at around half off the normal price. One was a pair of "ear crawler" earrings and the other a stretch bracelet. After applying my $20 in gift cards and getting free shipping, I paid $4 out of my own pocket. I'm super glad that I only spent $4 for this garbage. Even my daughter thought the quality was ridiculously bad. The earrings honestly look like something you'd get out of a gumball machine. I'm completely serious about that. They feel like they are made completely of plastic. The website says they are metal, but it's got to be the absolute cheapest metal I've ever seen. The "gems" are definitely plastic, and look exactly like what they are...plastic. Total garbage. The bracelet is also cheap metal, but seems to be at least "real" metal. The gems are again totally made of plastic. This one is a little higher quality that gumball machine fodder, but not by much. The stretch band holding the piece together is that super cheap stretchy fishing-line looking junk you find on a child's jewelry. I would have been truly ticked off if I had paid their CLEARANCE price of $12 each. Remember, that's half off the original price!!! They were selling this garbage at @24 each! I went to Kohls and found jewelry for $12 that was 10 times better quality and 100 times better looking. Do not shop here. Unless you like looking like you bought your jewelry for 50 cents from a gumball machine. Now, about the service I received during my transaction with baublebar.com: I found their website to be fairly straight-forward and easy enough to navigate. I experienced no problems with shopping on their website. It was simple to select the items I was interested in purchasing and place them in the cart. The online checkout process was also very straight-forward, and I experienced no issues with checking out. The items were delivered on schedule, according to the email I received from baublebar.com after I placed my order. The packaging was nice, and the items were packed securely and attractively. The items I ordered were specifically marked as "final purchase, no returns/exchanges", so I did not attempt to contact the company for customer service. Their service was not bad in this regard. The items were just of terribly sub-par quality, and as such, it would have been futile to contact them for remedy (final purchase and all). I have given them a one star rating because I believe that a company should not sell inferior products. I believe that this is a service related problem, especially when the inferior quality items are sold as "final purchase, no return/exchange" so that the customer has no option to be refunded for the garbage that they received. That, in my opinion, is terrible customer service.
