Customer service was super helpful. Amazing!!

I received a BaubleBar bracelet as a gift a while back. It ended up breaking one day when I went to take it off so I contacted customer care. Chani was super helpful, offered a replacement and the order was placed right away. I really appreciated the help and responsiveness and am also happy that I was able to get my favorite bracelet replaced! :)

Kara at BaubleBar assisted me with an urgent cancellation request. I truly appreciate her assistance and understanding. Honestly, I’ve always had great experiences with baublebar customer service. Truly grateful!
