I ordered over $300 for two orders on sale at $10 each, originally priced between $36-$48. Despite the appealing appearance on the website and my trust in the quality based on photos and product details, I was surprised to find that the products felt cheap, and the stones on the bracelets were actually plastic. This constitutes unacceptable misleading advertising regarding product quality. Upon requesting a return due to these issues, they denied it, citing the items being on sale. Despite receiving return labels with my packages, they attempted to reject the return. Beware of this website, as they may try to avoid issuing refunds. I plan to return the items and dispute the transaction with my bank. The customer service was unfriendly, and I cannot support this type of business.

Purchased a customized ring and waited over a month to receive. When it finally arrived I wore it ONE time and the gold plating came off. Looks like a dimestore ring.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have purchased beaded bracelets from this company a few years ago it had the bauble bar stamp and quality was great. I just recently ordered 7 of these bracelets and basically they looked like they came from a gumball machine. This is a bait and switch situation. Advertising them as the original items purchased but now selling cheap ones. Basically the company was sold and now the new company is using their name and selling piece of crap jewelry. Customer service was no help. I hope others will help make this company go bankrupt. RoseAnn Romeo

I bought a bracelet as a Birthday gift, it arrived broken. Contacted them right away. First every picture I showed them they claimed they couldn't see it. Finally after the 7th picture they said they would send out another one but it wouldn't arrive for over 3 weeks. Sorry that wasn't an option. Then they said I could only get a 20% discount. I reluctantly agreed but stated my anger and told them I'd be leaving abad review. They then replied hours later stating they would issue a full refund once the item was returned and that it could take up to 2 months. Really are you kidding me. Then they send 20% back but state that shipping is not included so I'm the lucky recipient of a whole 11.45 cents and a broken bracelet that can't be worn. Stay far away from this company

Bought a ring that didn’t fit (their sizes must be weird because I don’t usually have a problem) returned it. They gave me a “credit” and didn’t mention it expires. So I found something I wanted finally after a couple years and I talked to their customer service and they were like oh it’s expired. And I was like that’s crazy u can just take peoples money. Anyways won’t ever be shopping with them again. Beware!

Bought a necklace as a gift. 6 months later a stone falls out. No help from Baublebar. Gifts should last longer than 6 months! Cheap quality, poor customer service. Why would I want a coupon code if I'll never purchase from them again!

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. My first package I received was tampered with and did not have the bracelet I ordered in the package. Customer service said they would send a replacement. I received another tampered package with nothing inside. This is a scam company. Disgusting. I’m reporting this to the federal police.

Returned every item I received. Looked cheap. I made the return the day after I received them. That was over 1 month ago and still have not received credit for the return. I have contacted them twice and received an email that they are still working on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
