I had to cancel my order due to an unexpected issue that came up the afternoon after I purchased my dream ears. They were able to cancel, and they were so accommodating. I really appreciated it. A little angel saw how disappointed I was that I had to cancel, and they pixie dusted me the $$ to get my dream ears. So, I placed the order again. Love, love, love this place and everything they sell. Superior quality.

Tiffany was fantastic! She helped me navigate some questions and was super quick with her responses! I'm sold on BaubleBar because of their customer service!

Great customer service, just remember the first couple of emails come from an AI bot.

I love their products and I have had the pleasure of working with customer service a few times. They always respond quickly and are very kind and work with you and your desires. Great company. I would highly recommend for affordable jewelry that is cute and fun for every day use. I sleep in my jewelry and I’ve only broke one piece and it was because my puppy’s claws caught it just right. I don’t have missing stones or anything like that.
