Ordered a bday gift that never arrived, called customer service and phone is disconnected. Emailed company several times and no response. Reporting them to BBB. Don’t use this company! They suck!!!

The jewelry posted online looks nothing like it doesn’t person. It is very very cheap looking. It is super expensive for what you get. I ordered a custom chain with four charms. The charms slide off and on, but I ordered the wrong type of chain. They would not take it back because it is “customized” Customer service is absolutely terrible! I posted a very respectful comment on their Instagram and they deleted it! Do yourself a favor and avoid Baublebar!❌

PRODUCTS ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED. Too bad I cannot add photos here of what I orders vs what I received. I am shocked that this company still has clients. Very disappointed! Cannot even get a refund because of their "policy." STAY AWAY FROM BaubleBar.

They aren’t what they used to be. I am still waiting for my order from a month ago. Customer Service is a joke, says you’ll receive a reply in 24 hours. I sent an email 1 week ago today and another email 48 hours ago. I just want my money back at this point and I won’t get it because I ordered a necklace with charms and they say that’s a customized order. It is definitely not, just slip the charms off the necklace and try and sell them to some other poor unsuspecting customer. Those owners done made their money and are set for life..no longer care about the reputation of their business.

The clasp on the double bracelet broke off already..I had for 1 week ..not very HAPPY

The quality and pricing are terrible. I ordered a personalized necklace and it was a good length. Did a follow-up order of two of the same necklace and they were 2 inches shorter. Customer service sucks. I had to send them several photos with measurements. In the end, they told me the necklaces were the correct length and they could not assist me. THEIR ERROR! Avoid!

They literally shipped an empty box and did nothing to correct the issue. Told me to file a claim with USPS. How ridiculous!!! Their customer service is a joke.

Terrible company, very unethical and poor quality products.
