Been buying car batteries for many years however they refused to replace my last two batteries under warranty. Seems to me they are going out of of there way to weasel out of there end of the bargain. Time for me to move on

We went to the Batteries & Bulbs store at 4450 FL-7, Coconut Creek, FL 33073 on November 1, 2024. When we got there, we were greeted by a completely rude and arrogant attendant. It's definitely not our fault that she didn't study enough and didn't have a better opportunity in life and became an attendant. We just asked her for details about the product because she works there. If she doesn't like her job, then don't work there. Acting like a monkey is not recommended for the company. She couldn't even be a prostitute, because a prostitute has to be polite and attractive. We came a very long way to get to this store. We wanted information about a product, but we were going to buy 1,200 units. It seems like you don't care, but just out of curiosity, how do you allow someone to work like that? What is the advantage of having an attendant like this?

Advertised 18% and got text code way after ordering. When I got to store mobile website was not working on my phone or wifes phone after already canceling original order. Lost website price and 18% discount. Had to ask Laurel Md store for a three-point check as advertised on there website. Was told that tec had already started work on the vehicle and therefore could NOT do a check, but after arguing, they did a ckeck. Batteries Plus NEVER again.

I had a great experience at the Avon Indiana location. Customer service was great! Very friendly and helpful associates. They helped me with exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

They don’t use genuine Apple products for their repairs. I got my battery replaced here and now the battery life is even worse than it was before. Paid $80 to make my phone worthless, as Apple won’t touch a phone that’s had a third party work on it.

I ordered a motorcycle battery online using their part fitment tool on website. I get home and the battery does not fit. It is much larger than the old battery. Drive back to return it and not even an apology. I am done with Batteries plus. Do not trust their website part fitment tool.

I placed an order online for the Dayton Oh Springboro Pk. Store. I went to the store to pick the order up and it was incomplete. Online I was told the order was ready for pickup. I received half of my order. I was short my C cell batteries and told I would have to come back. I have made a total of three trips back and still no batteries. My question is why do you operate a battery store if you can't keep batteries in stock. This is very bad customer service and you shouldn't be in business if you can't keep your battery store supplied with batteries. If I ever get my batteries which I paid for or a refund I will never go in a Battery Plus store again.
