Literally the CEO of this company states that he is going to rectify the issue of them making me pay to send the box back by saying oh I'm more than happy to reimburse you the shipping costs. Then the CFO jumps in and says they'll send me a wire knowing that wires have fees so that I actually end of only getting back half. When I question them about it, they basically say they could care less. If the CEO is this bad, you definitely have to read through the lines when it comes to this deceptive company.

Before sleep school our 8 month old was co-sleeping and still waking up 5-10 times a night, we were desperate for help and heard great things about the Batelle School so we decided to give it a try. I was very skeptical and not sure anything or anyone could help my son sleep through the night, but now two weeks post school and our baby is sleeping through the night in his OWN crib with 0-1 wakeup a night and goes to sleep on his own - meaning we put him in his crib awake- within 20 minutes on a bad night and by 5 minutes on the majority of nights. Yes, he still cries when put in his crib, but he is able to self soothe 9 times out of 10. The Batelle staff is kind, and compassionate and they seem to really care and want you to succeed. The 24/7 support gave me the courage and strength during the first few nights when our baby was struggling with the changes. My husband and I did tweak some of their steps to better suit our babies’ needs, but for the most part we followed the program and it worked! It may seem overwhelming at first and there is a lot of information, but it’s ok if you fall behind, the program allows you to go at your own speed. The number one advice I’d give is to trust the process, and remain confident and consistent throughout. Now that school is over, I have still been in contact with Batelle through the app, they are still supportive. This has been a game changer for us. Batelle was wonderful.

We used to have such a hard time getting our daughter to sleep! We started the sleep school when she was 9 months old…in just 2 weeks she was sleeping 12 hours a night, no longer needs her pacifier or a bottle or to be rocked to sleep! We simply put her to bed and she goes to sleep all on her own! She is now 14 months old and is still doing great! I highly recommend sleep school to any parent that is having trouble getting their little ones to sleep! The employees at Batelle are extremely helpful, they’re very welcoming and you can tell they have not just the little ones but parents’ best interest at heart!

My husband and I decided to sign up for Batelle after co-sleeping and nursing my 16 month old to sleep became too much. After being told by many that sleep training was just hard and I’d just need to let her cry until she got it, I was exhausted and heartbroken. I refused to succumb to this though and spent months researching sleep training and coaches but never felt like anything fully aligned with my goals. I wanted to gently introduce our baby to a new sleep arrangement without the cry it out method or taking months and months for her to become comfortable. Batelle lived up to all they promised and more! Miss Megan’s method was spot on in building trust between us and our daughter. The steps provided were introduced clearly and slow enough not to be jarring while still feeling we we’re making great progress. Having direct support throughout the program from the Batelle team was invaluable and each of them were supportive, even when I was anxious and unsure if we’d be able to do it. Also, having the group Q&A sessions with other parents made the process more dynamic and impactful. After 2 months our lives have completely changed. My husband and I have gotten hours back in our days and our relationship with our daughter is stronger. Most of all, she is thriving! I highly recommend Batelle!

This is absolutely a five-star company. My son was waking up every 30 mins to two hours like clockwork and as a single mother running a business I was quite literally losing my mind. Through the process of sleep school my son is now able to sleep 11 1/2 straight hours. It’s not magic and there is definitely work involved but process works I promise you. I looked through a lot of the reviews here and I honestly think the negative reviews come from entitled families. It’s true that every child is different and although there is a process it’s not going to be the same for every family! The journey could be easy for one child and extremely difficult for the next. Point is that the Batelle family genuinely cares about your families success and whether you breeze through the program quickly or you need extra help they will work with you until you reach your goals, and realistically what more than that can you ask for? After my son went through his 18 month regression because they were happy to assist me through school again and now my son is sleeping better than ever.

We were at our wits end when we started sleep school. Our daughter was 2 and would make us sit in her room or hold her for 1-1.5 hours a night in order to go to sleep. We did that for months and finally decided to enroll her! We were definitely skeptical through the program, but our daughter now goes to sleep on her own, in her big girl bed and won’t wake until we “go yellow!” She’s sleeping 11.5 hours a night and doesn’t need us to fall asleep at all! The sleep guides were all so helpful and sometimes were therapists when we had middle of the night wake ups. While it took us a little longer than 2 weeks for our child to adjust, the sleep guides were with us every step of the way. We got hours of our life back and now we are all happy and fully rested!

I don’t have words to thank Batelle enough. I am a working mother struggling with my daughter’s sleeping schedule from the beginning. It became unbearable when she turned 14 months old and I did not get benefitted with any other sleeping school. And ‘Cry It Out’ was not an option for us. However, It was becoming intolerable day by day since she would wake up every 2 hours even 1 hour throughout the night as she was used to be fed or rocked to sleep. I was desperately looking for something that would help me train my daughter go to sleep independently and be able to sleep through the night. I ran across Batelle on Google Search and wanted to try it. In so many words, I was very very skeptical in the beginning because how could they teach and change everything in 2 weeks???? My daughter was 14 months old at that time and in the 14 months she went to sleep either by rocking or by feeding every single day. She did not learn Any other way to go to sleep. I didn’t think that anyone could understand what we were going through, let alone do the things they promised! But they offered a money back guarantee. So, who was I to deny by them the opportunity to fail, or so I thought. Fast forward to now, my daughter is 16 months old (completed sleep school at 14 months) and she goes to sleep on her own in her full sized mattress within couple minutes. It is not magic but it is about being able to be consistent and support your child in a well defined and structured way when they need it the most. The most important thing to mention here Batelle takes thing at your pace and at your child pace not on their own pace and that worked for us the most. We kept repeating the steps until we got it work fully. And Batelle fully supported us mentally, emotionally and even virtually. The rest and quality time ;) you get back is priceless. I love miss Megan and her method!!! I recommend this Sleep School to everybody!! This is the best method out there!!!!

We enrolled in Batelle when our daughter was 14 months old. We were tired of rocking her to sleep every night. Sometimes it took 20 minutes and sometimes she wouldn’t sleep even after an hour of rocking. She would wake up multiple times at night and then didn’t know how to go back to sleep on her own until she was rocked to sleep again. We were getting tired. Our friends told us about Batelle and the 10 days of training just changed our lives completely. Our daughter doesn’t need to be rocked anymore, she sleeps on her own and sleeps a good 12 hours at night without waking up even once. The 10 days of training is hard but Batelle’s trainers /staff are the most gentle, caring and supportive. They understand what you’re going through and they provide flexibility and customized solutions for your child. After all, each child is different and may need some more/less support and the Batelle team is willing to do whatever it takes! We had the best experience ever and highly recommended them to all our friends.
