Thanks to Battelle we were able to get our son to sleep from a process that took us almost 2 hours to as little as 10-15 minutes.. it's for sure worth the $ .. Just the fact that Battelle is there for you 24 hours and guide's you step by step is a great help to get you through this journey the least stressful possible .. Thanks Betelle for the amazing support..

Cheers to 12 hours of sleep!
Our baby hit some serious regression at 4 months. He started waking up twice at night for a feeding and in the morning would wake up at random hours. I was tired and in the verge of depression (lack of sleep is no joke as we all know). I did not want to try any method that made my baby anxious or left him crying for hours, it just didn’t feel right. The struggle was real, until the day my husband found Batelle.
There is so much good stuff I can say about the program, but here are the 3 things I love the most:
1. Throughout the entire process I am continuously building a foundation of TRUST with my baby. Which positively translates into other areas of our relationship.
2. There are specific steps to follow. And the team is a text away if we need them.
3. The progress is measurable and if there are any setbacks there is a clear solution.
This is not an easy process by any means, but it is worth it. AND all the work you put into it definitely pays off.
Today is our last day with the program (we started 2 weeks ago) and it takes our baby 5 minutes to fall asleep and he no longer wakes up for night feeds 🙌🏻 Cheers to 12 hours of sleep. Thanks Batelle team!!

We can’t say enough about Batelle- we…
We can’t say enough about Batelle- we exhausted all of the variables that we thought we contributing to interrupted sleep of our 6 month old. He was never a great sleeper but after 3 months, he was waking constantly at night, sometimes every 45-60 minutes throughout the night. We were exhausted, defeated, and still knew we didn’t want to do a CIO method. After working through all the possible variables of why his sleep was so challenging, we knew it came down to him feeling safe and secure in his own bed. Batelle not only understands this about creating a safe sleep space, but they understand parents are also coming into the program tired, frustrated, emotional, and even desperate for better sleep. Our little one clicked with the program right away when I had doubts about his capacity to sleep independently from the beginning. Each night he made progress, and by the end of sleep school, he slept 12 uninterrupted hours straight!

We tried this for 5 months and gave up!
I desperately wanted to love this company - I thoroughly appreciated each and every one of the trainers. I was ready to become one myself and wanted to scream out to the world I FINALLY found an answer with baby #3!! The trainers were extremely supportive and loving, at first. However, I strongly want to advise parents out there that this method doesn’t necessarily work for all babies, and I wish they could modify that and not have a one-size fits all approach.
There is a LOT of crying, but you end up convincing yourself it’s not full out extinction (CIO) because you’re with the child. We started at 5.5 months with some gentler techniques to ease him into the official school at 6 months. Within 2-3 weeks, he was doing great (though not sleeping/staying in bed for 12 hrs) and got the hang of 5 min bedtime routines and going to sleep on his own. But every regression, illness, travel, etc took us waaay back and it was hard hearing him cry over and over and over again. Standing next to his crib constantly singing and brushing him got excessively exhausting, and he started to get really irritated with the touching as well. We tried for FIVE months, but we were kept rushing through the steps to be considered a ‘graduate’, which is when the 24/hr support stops. Suddenly, no one was responding for days and I was left distraught. I can’t even begin to explain how desperate I was- I was crying, screaming, and begged them for a response because I was losing it and got no response for days.
The CFO (or COO?) and some other trainers reached out to me and mention Miss Meghan, the one who developed this method, had left the company and so everyone was a bit lost. I understand- it’s a startup company and changes happen. But the thing is- my baby and I suffered as a result. Someone should’ve still been with us through it- or told us what was going on. You can’t just ghost a parent when they’re that invested, sleep deprived and just plain out going crazy with a crying baby on their hands! Most importantly, the method needed to be tweaked. Not every baby sleeps 12 hrs. Not every baby is patient enough to stay awake in bed “quietly” for 1-2 hrs. Not ever baby naps more than 1 hr. And it’s not ok to keep them crying for months on end expecting one day, they’ll just learn. They don’t learn - they just give up. Which is exactly what CIO is- the child just gives up and that’s not what I wanted. If I did, I wouldn’t pay this much money and time for the school!
Anyway, I got my money back and I truly appreciated that. We left with some good techniques though which are still useful.
Do I think it’s worth it despite all this? If Miss Meghan was still on board, yes- because if after 2 weeks it doesn’t, you can get your money back- and that’s a win win because you still walk away with some great knowledge. Now with the new team? Im not sure because I didn’t have a great experience right after the transition, but it may have changed.

Would recommend a million times over!
We are currently on day 10 of the program. Our first night, I gave up and co-slept. My husband couldn’t stand the crying as neither of us are cry it out people at all! The support team is incredible and really helped me not give up. I started over the next night and it’s been incredible since. My son has taken to this method quickly and the best part is that I never have to leave him to cry. Instead you are taught the correct way to respond to their cries. My son is currently sleeping 11-12 hours a night and most nights has fallen asleep in 20 minutes or less. I’m still in the program so there are definitely things we will work on refining, but for the most part…glorious sleep is happening in my house. My only criticism if you can even call it that is I’m not a huge fan of the Hug in regards to mobility. That being said they will give you the option to use a sleep sack and you can eventually wean the Hug out of use.
All in all, I’m so very impressed with the program. It is incredibly detailed and thoughtful. You get high quality materials to work with. The staff is genuinely interested in helping your child and family. They lead with empathy and compassion which is EVERYTHING!! Love Batelle!!

I am the kind of mom who questions the “Too good to be true” statements made by promising sleep within 5 min, I mean how can a stranger tell me how to put my baby to sleep when I know her best. Well I’m here to tell you they CAN and they DID!!!! I actually put off starting sleep school 3x for various reasons, only 1 was valid. I didn’t trust myself to do it right or that my daughter would actually benefit from the program, but I gave it a go. Now it is WORK and you will feel discouraged, but keep telling yourself it’s a learning experience and it will benefit your child in the end. We finished the course on time and Madelyn is continuing to CHOOSE sleep on her own and sleeps 11-12 hrs uninterrupted every night. If your having any doubts DON’T, it’s worth more than the time and money spent to be given the gift of sleep for both of you. I can’t thank the entire Batelle team enough!!

I cannot recommend Batelle enough!
I cannot recommend Batelle enough!! I had a 13 month old who was co-sleeping, waking to eat every 1.5 hours, and would take random naps each day. After the first night of sleep school and following the methods she was able to drop all night feeds. By the 2nd night she was sleeping through the night with minimal wake-ups and was self- soothing to sleep!
Words cannot describe how great it feels to be sleeping at night AND finally having a peace of mind that my daughter is getting the sleep she needs and I’m not totally failing as a parent.
I would 100% recommend this sleep school to everyone! Even my family who were skeptics and thought I was crazy for signing up now call it the “miracle program”! It truly was a great experience and all of the staff are so helpful.
I can’t thank the Batelle enough!! ❤️

Do it!
I thought I had the worst sleeper in the world, my little one wouldn’t sleep for more then 20 minutes straight during the day and chunks of one hour max during the night. When she was 6 months I was completely exhausted and so was she.
I tried everything I read in internet and tried other sleep trainers in the area but nothing and so I thought that maybe the cry it out method was the only way forward, until Batelle. I don’t think I can express enough gratitude to them, they literally gave me my life back, they followed us every step of the way and they are always there to support.
After Batelle, not only she sleeps but she is happier, much much happier.
To however is reading this, if you think you need to sleep train you baby/child, you are in good hands!
