Batana Oil - Made in HondurasReviews of batanababe.com

Excellent Customer Service! I tried Batana Babe’s batana oil for my husband’s fine, thinning hair, and he’s been very happy with the results — his hair feels stronger and is shedding less. On our third order, we decided to try the oil version along with their shampoo and conditioner. Although we were accidentally sent the original formula instead of the oil version, I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised by their prompt and helpful response. Batana Babe is the only batana oil we trust and confidently recommend to family and friends!

I have been searching for a product that will maintain moisture in my hair and this product has been doing a great job at it. I will be a life long customer with this company. Thanks again for delivering the results I have been searching for.

I purchased 3 Batana products on her website on April the 17th and still i didn't get the package! she never gave my contact details to the UPS and they couldn't contact me for delivery, they tried to deliver the package few times without any notice but I wasn't home so they sent it back to their warehouse in Germany. I have called UPS over 10 times about this and informed them that I want to collect this parcel by myself but they told me i can't because the package is banded and Only the shipper can request the package to be re-sent, I cannot! so i have send her about 30 emails but she keeps ignoring me saying that it's my fault because I wasn't home... she expects me to be sitting at the gate 24/7 waiting for the courier just because she didn't provide my contact details. It's in her interest to make sure I get what I paid for, but she doesn't care, because she has already got my money! i can still get this package, all she has to do is to make a phone call to the UPS, but instead of that, she keeps replying on my review saying that "this is not true story" constantly breaking the thrustpilot rules and wasting my time....this only shows what kind of unprofessional person u will be dealing with ....so think twice before u purchase anything from her website.I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM A UPS MANAGER WHICH CLEARLY SAYS THAT... SHE NEVER PROVIDED MY CONTACT INFORMATION WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY THAT'S WHY THEY COULD NOT CONTACT ME ABOUT THE DELIVERY....ALSO I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS BETWEEN ME AND HER AND THE PHONE CALLS WITH THE UPS AS A PROOF !

Their Batana oil is pure, it does everything that authentic Batana is supposed to do, melts down quickly, has a smoky coffee aroma, adds some shine to my hair, is affordable and effective. They are legit, reliable, supportive and professional. I trust in their products and services. I highly recommend their products.

10/10. ORIGINAL!!!

I am on my second purchase with this company. My hair loss has slowed down tremendously and I am starting to see hair where there was none, God is good! Batana Babe is the truth!

My hair has grown tremendously from using this Batana oil! I had been trying to regrow my hair for months and this has really helped. It’s a Great product and I will be buying again!

I can't say enough good things about Batana Bebe products! I've been using it consistently, and the transformation in my hair is absolutely incredible. My hair feels so much softer, stronger, and noticeably healthier. It’s brought back shine and moisture I didn’t even realize I was missing, and I’ve seen a big improvement in hair growth and thickness. What I love most is that it’s all-natural and gentle enough for everyday use, yet powerful enough to deliver real results. It has completely revived my strands and made my hair care routine something I actually look forward to. If you’re struggling with dryness, breakage, or just want your hair to thrive—Batana Bebe products is a total game changer. Highly recommend 👌
