Update/ the owner stated they responded multiple times….but where!? This was the only time they responded. Please don’t buy from this company. I know what I saw and the fact that you’re arguing with a customer and telling them that they are lying instead of fixing the situation is unprofessional. I ordered product from this company and when it arrived there was strands of hair on the outside and inside of the container. I was very disappointed and contacted the company right away. No one responded so I contacted them via phone, email, and the contact page and still the same thing…no response. I think it’s quite irresponsible of them to not contact a customer back. Will not be ordering from this company again.

I placed an order and it’s been two weeks and no delivery. When I contacted them by the email they provided, and expressed that I was unhappy that I had not received my order, they said “I am not USPS and I need to take it up with USPS. If I ever get my order, I will NEVER EVER refer ANYONE to them. I don’t care if the product makes my hair grow pass my ankles, I will NOT patronize them and and I will inform ALL of my friends and family about my experience. NASTY ATTITUDE!!!!

SCAM! Beware! I paid my order (#4481, approx. 120 USD), was shipped to EU. DHL by mistake returned the order. I have been trying to get in touch with the e-shop for 5-6 weeks, no responce AT ALL. Calls, e-mails, IG message. Nothing! Would be willing to pay the shipment again, but absolutely no reply. My 120 USD are gone for good! BEWARE, better throw your money in the trash.

Batana Babe really exceeded my expectations—by shipping only 6 of the 8 items I ordered! I guess they’re saving me from the overwhelming burden of too much product. Who needs all 8 when you can have the thrill of wondering where the other two went? After I reached out, they clearly thought my messages were too basic for a company of their caliber because they graciously ignored me completely. Customer service? More like customer ghosting. And honestly, what’s $56 compared to the priceless experience of chasing them down? If you enjoy incomplete orders, radio silence, and losing money, Batana Babe is definitely for you.

I placed an order for Batana Oil from Batana Babe. Upon receiving the product, the packaging seems very misleading. I ordered a 4oz container. There was a thin ‘layer’ atop of the batana oil when I opened the container, then when I scooped, the layer broke revealing a gaping hole, with 1/3 of the product missing. I contacted customer service, and they said that I should compare their product to "the air in a potato chip bag" and "that the product shifts in transit." I primarily order organic or natural skin and hair products, and have not experienced an instance where a significant amount of the product appears to be missing. It 'seems’ a bit unfair to the customer to ship a container with 1/3 of the product missing, especially when a note could be put on their website, explaining that the product shifts, ‘if that is the case’ so we’re aware. This just seems and feels like I was a bit duped. I asked customer service how we could make this right? And simply asked for the remaining missing product to be sent to me. Instead, they offered a discount on my 'next order', however, after this poor experience, I would not order from this Batana Babe company again..
