Batana Oil - Made in HondurasReviews of batanababe.com

Shipping took weeks. It was blamed on the tariffs. Once I received the product with no instructions for use I was disappointed. The bottle with the eye dropper contained an oil that about the color of the stars here, except it was a reddish burnt orange. The label was so long that it wrapped on top of verbage that had information concerning usage. The color is closer to red, no amber. The other container had a product that smelled like coffee. It was the color of ground coffee. The product was so hard I had to cut it with a knife. I finally put it in the microwave to get it out. After use, I found it near impossible to wash out of my gray streaks, which are now Garfield the cat orange. Horrible product. I post before during and after on my social media pages. Horrible product coffee product. I received an email that it was shipped Dec 17, 2026. That date was later changed 3 times. They later said they were out of product because of tariffs…… The shipping date changed 3 times. When finally shipped, I received an email stating it was delivered to a neighbor per my instructions. I never gave those instructions. I am retired and home all day. Such a bad experience. ....I replied to the emails you sent after this review. So, you do have me on file.

Very unprofessionell Customer Service, they reply with emojis while I am trying to discuss a serious topic regarding my Package.

I believe these reviews are fake, just looking at the dates in which they were wrote. A cluster of revised with nothing going back into 2024 or 2023 and I know Batana has been around longer than 2025. I tell what, I challenge your company to send me the buy one get one free and if it is provento real, there are a lot of women (in my church alone) that I will refer, plus I’ll the $39.95 charge. I am by no means trying to scam you but by the same token I don’t wish to be scammed either. If it is real and I pray that it is, you’ll have a customer for life. I truly believe in supporting what I know to be authentic and true. My name is Regina Banks 5779 White Cap St Las Vegas, NV 89110

I was a returning customer and I ordered $50 worth of batana oil. The notification said it was delivered but it was not there. I emailed her that same day to say it never arrived. She basically said tough luck, deal with the Post Office, have a nice day. I order products all the time and I never have any issues with FedEx, UPS or Amazon, but the USPS is a trainwreck and apparently that's the only way she ships. So you're gambling every time you order from her (I see others have had this same problem). She should address the issue by offering a better shipping alternative rather than just brushing off customers. I added one star because the product is good, that's why I (was) a returning customer.

I placed an order for Batana Oil from Batana Babe. Upon receiving the product, the packaging seems very misleading. I ordered a 4oz container. There was a thin ‘layer’ atop of the batana oil when I opened the container, then when I scooped, the layer broke revealing a gaping hole, with 1/3 of the product missing. I contacted customer service, and they said that I should compare their product to "the air in a potato chip bag" and "that the product shifts in transit." I primarily order organic or natural skin and hair products, and have not experienced an instance where a significant amount of the product appears to be missing. It 'seems’ a bit unfair to the customer to ship a container with 1/3 of the product missing, especially when a note could be put on their website, explaining that the product shifts, ‘if that is the case’ so we’re aware. This just seems and feels like I was a bit duped. I asked customer service how we could make this right? And simply asked for the remaining missing product to be sent to me. Instead, they offered a discount on my 'next order', however, after this poor experience, I would not order from this Batana Babe company again..
