I placed an order online to be picked up at the store. The store isn't open for shopping but is for order pickup. I received an email that my order was ready and I could pick it up at the Tacoma store. I went to the store to pick up. The doors were locked but there was a number to call. The number went straight to voice mail. I called the store number. No answer. I went to the back of the store to package pickup (per the instructions on the sign on the door) and rang the buzzer for 10 minutes with no answer. If they are going to offer a service, they should support it. Offering the ability to pick up an order and then not having staff there so you can pick it up is unacceptable. Don't waste people's time. Close completely if you can't deliver on what you promise.

I placed an order with bass pro shops for a size 1 Oz shad jig head and when it arrived, it was a 1/4 oz shad jig head. I been waiting all week just to receive my items to use on the same day it came, it did not go well. I have no idea why they changed it to 1/4 oz when I clearly ordered a 1 oz shad jig head. Asked for a refund but the only option was for them to give me a printed label to ship it back and it was $7, my shad jig head was only $4 so I would receive no refund which also really made me upset.

BPS website checkout does not work properly - had to call to order products. Took 30 minutes to contact BPS customer service rep to order 3 fishing lures with 2 day shipping (Wed. March 25th 2020) delivery to be Friday, 27th. Received confirmation from customer service rep and email after order is placed. 6 hours later email from BPS says they cancel one of the three lures ordered (no reason given), shipped one and other still has no status. I checked the tracking link and now delivery of single lure is now Monday, March 30th. Bass Pro Shops use to be great, now just poor service, poor product availability - fix this Johnny and Michael P. McDermott.

I ordered 9mm ammo from Bass Pro. I got an email saying it was delayed, then got an email a few days later saying it was cancelled with no explanation. I had used a gift card which I had thrown away after using up the balance. They "credited" the gift card which I no longer had, nor did I have the full number as they only show the last 4 digits in the email. When trying to contact them by phone or chat, waited over a half hour on both and nobody picked up. I Shouldn't be surprised that a company that pushes Bluegreen timeshares, which have been sited many times for illegal sales practices and misleading the public, is unreliable.

Been searching for a hard to find item for 2 months, then Bass Pro got 1 in , held it for a couple days til I could get there. Mark was the associate that helped me and even told me how I could save money, no bad experience here. I'll definitely be back

Wow. This place is my disneyland. Never had a bad experience.

Ordered item. Was charged. Called to check order and was told item was discontinued. I thought my item was being shipped good thing I called. I spend a lot of money with bass pro but not any more this has been the worst customer service I have seen.

I placed a order for a item. Bass pro deducted the money from my bank account. The status of the item showed shipped. I tried to find the tracking number and I done a live chat and spoke with Josiah. He stated that the item was discontinued so I would be getting a refund. Then I spoke with Danielle and she stated that they marked the item wrong on the website so they would be giving refunds. That’s their error. They should honor it. It’s funny because their employees are telling people different stories. They need to get it together: I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
