They have lots of stock and offer some new ideas. I did notice they have to ship out Archery equipment for repair. It would be helpful if staff on site could assist like with the fishing reels in store. They took my rod apart and preformed some fish magic on it. My bow did not fair so well

I went to the Hooksett Nh Bass pro shop location. When I arrived at the service department I spoke to the service manager Chad Duquette. I spoke to the service manager about a can of boat spray paint that I had purchased prior. It was not the correct color for my boat that I have purchased many times prior in the ten years of ownership of my Jon boat tracker topper. Fortunately Chad was able to do intensive research to resolve my issue. I just wanted to make it known that he was very professional and courteous resolving my issue. Thank Eric B

I had a very refreshing experience with Bass Pro Shops yesterday. Over the weekend my favorite fishing rod snapped because of some extreme pressure it was put under. A few days later I took the damaged rod to a Bass Pro Shops near me, and with no hesitation, they replaced it with a brand new rod. I was in the store all of 5 minutes and walked out feeling like I just dealt with a company that stands by their product and cares about their customers. Every rod I buy from now on will be from Bass Pro Shops, particularly the Jonny Morris Carbonlite Technique series.

I was looking to replace a reel. Julian was my sales representative. I told him what I wanted. He asked me a lot of questions. He showed me many models despite the fact that stock was low. Finally I saw a model I liked. It was a bit more then I wanted to spend but I got what I wanted. Thank you Julian.

I had an outstanding visit to Bass Pro Shops in Atlantic City, and it was made truly special by the service I received from Chuck. As a veteran myself, it was a profound pleasure to be assisted by a fellow veteran. There is a level of mutual respect and understanding that you only find within the community, and Chuck’s competence and recognition meant a lot to me. He helped me find the perfect pair of binoculars with expert knowledge, and the personal connection we shared made the purchase even more meaningful.
