Going to Bass Pro is my highlight. I've been to several stores. They get a 5 in my book all day.. But wait there's more to this story. I'm a vendor that has been trying to get my product in Bass Pro for over 7 months. Even drove to there main office. I'm just a old country boy with zero computer skills. Been in construction all my life. Heck my phone smarter than me. After breaking 2 monitors and endless endless calls I'm still at ground zero. There's got to be a easier process, people build products that stores sells for a profit. But does this only require if your techno savy? I just left a large hunting store. They TALKED to me and purchased my product that day. BASS PRO you got to work on this or you loose up to date products which pays bills. FYI Old country boy

If you want to waste your time buying guns, powder, or primers at a high price, you are welcome to do so. They've built such a beautiful shop and hired indifferent sellers who sleep on the job.

A year ago I would've given it a five but now its a three. But that's only because of the pandemic. Maybe its not fair to blame Bass but where I'm at I can't roam and check everything out, which is what makes the experience of an outdoor store. But they did have everything I need for my hiking trip and I was able to pick it up easily. Now I will get out into the fresh air away from the madness.

I'm not an expert, but bass pro is like a lower rate version of cabelas. Their gear, brands, and customer service are just a notch or two below cabelas. Kind of like WalMart versus Target.

It's best if you have a store nearby so you can return and exchange if needed plus who doesn't want to have an excuse to go to Bass Pro.
