Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

I bought the stainless steel food & water bowls for our new puppy. I love that they are made in America by a company that takes pride in their products.

Great customer service!!!!!! Great products! I bought the cedar dog food stands and large stainless steel bowls for both my dogs. I have a 4 month old golden/ lab and a 6 year old shepherd/ lab . Everything is good quality and easy to clean. A little pricey , but I always try to buy USA made. I was going to get med. bowls to save money, and left a message on an answering machine. The owner called back promptly within a short period of time and answered all my questions. Glad I went with the large bowl set!

I have ordered twice for the stainless steel bowls in various sizes, the owner was very accommodating, quick to reply, and quick to ship! I would recommend this with a five star and more

I was really surprised when I began shopping for a bowl for our new puppy. Every bowl I picked up in the store had a warning tag "Not for Human Use". That certainly put me off and I came home and tried to get more information. I prefer stainless because I feed raw and wanted something that would take some abuse. I was thrilled to find your site. The bowl is great, the stand is perfect and the best part is I feel comfortable that it's safe!

Basis bowls are well-made, solid and relatively heavy. I bought two large bowls for my two boxers. However--the large is a bit small for my male boxer. An extra large option would be nice. Also, more attractive options for holding the bowl would be better.

I first ordered 2 small dog bowls for my 2 small Chihuahua's and they absolutely love them! They are the perfect size and my Chi's actually have a better time eating their food now due to the design of the bowls. They are also very easy to wash by hand. Very helpful instructions on how to take care of them were included. They were also packaged very nicely & protected. We love these bowls so much that I ordered another set as a backup and one to be used for their water. We feel better knowing our boys have these safe & made in USA dog bowls. Great company to purchase from! Thank you!

As an industrial development scientist, it was very impressive to see the extent of chemical testing that Basis Pet performed on their stainless steel dog bowls. During the development of many products, the quality of the stainless steel used in the foundry is frequently overlooked resulting in additional complications. At least I will not have to worry about my dog suffering complications from inferior stainless steel at home thanks to Basis Pet.

Made in USA! I always want to support our local business! I feel very proud and security to feed my little Rascal with the bowls made in USA!!
