I received my order very quickly and inspected the products. The two dog bowls and stands look like they are good quality as expected. I don't have my puppy yet so the bowls haven't been used. I had questions before I placed my order and emailed the owner Michael who got back to me within the hour. Michael gave me good advice on the size of the bowls to purchase. It is so nice to get personal service and advice to help with the decision before purchase.

I am so glad that I found you guys. I've been trying to buy made in America products as much as possible and I did not want to buy stainless steel with a bunch of gunk in it. So, I absolutely love the bowl and will order another one for my truck for my dog. The bowl is perfect, it came really well packaged and it shows pride in business. Thank you

I love the quality of the products this company offers. I purchased the small stainless steel bowls and now the stand for the bowls to elevate the height for my puppy's eating and drinking. I am impressed how the products address the healthy needs for pets. The stand is really lovely too. Looks nice. I am delighted I found these wonderful products for my Miesha!

I believe I already reviewed but in case I forgot, here goes. Well, I absolutely love every item I have purchased recently from Basis. My first purchase was a set of medium stainless bowls and rope toys. The bowls are high quality and the rope toys are already being enjoyed! I next purchased large bowls and medium and large craftsmen bowl stands. I like the simple design and the ease of clean up. They are in use and the dogs seem to like the lower position. I had not read about bloat from the higher bowl stands and immediately wanted to address it and found Basis and love that they are also a local company. Would definitely recommend and will purchase from again!

These bowls are really high quality, and my kitchen has been much cleaner since I started using them. I bought the Craftsman double stand with 2 large bowls, and because of the shape of the bowls and the configuration of the stand, there is significantly less food which ends up on my floor. I used to have a raised stand, and my dog would lose so much food under it. It was such a mess. This purchase has definitely been worth my while. I have already recommended it to my sister. It is so much more sanitary than my old feeding system, and although I haven't mentioned it yet, it is beautiful! I also feel good that my purchase is going to support high quality, durable products Made in America.

I have ordered dog/cat bowls from Basis Pet on three occasions now. Each time they have arrived promptly with no problems. The bowls themselves are well made and attractive (not that the dog cares...) I have had the first bowl I ordered for about a year and it looks as good as the day I received it. I would recommend Basis Pet to anyone, especially if you really care that what you use to feed your pet is safe for them eat out of.

The Medium for food and large for water are perfect for my Basenjis! Love these bowls! My order arrived quickly and Mike is very prompt on answering emails sent with questions. Great quality and great customer service!!
