We purchased the small size, stainless steel feed/water bowls for our tiny dog. Not only are the bowls of excellent quality, but the customer service is equally as good. Emails were answered promptly. Shipping was at the speed of light and the product was more than securely wrapped for ship. The bowls themselves are wonderful, with no odors or residue. Love the low profile making them vitually spill proof. You can really see the difference in quality between these and the imports we had been using. We didn't know the imports could be potentially harmful to our dogs health until recently. So these bowls are well worth what little extra they cost, for the peace of mind in return. After eyeballing Basis Pet's food and water dishes for my dog, I finally ordered some, along with a double dish stand. I wish I hadn't waited so long. The bowls are high quality, not flimsy like most other stainless steel bowls that I have purchased for my pet. I absolutely love the stand for the bowls, it's made of material that is used to make a cutting board, so it's really easy to clean. High-quality products like this are important to me and my dog because he suffers from epilepsy. Any kind of toxins or less than par materials I can keep away from him, the better. One less thing to have to worry about while trying to maintain him seizure free. I've already ordered another set of bowls, so that I can put one in the bedroom and have a spare. I don't think I could be using any other pet dish for my dog now. I'm really glad that I ordered these.

Our older Lab mix was having trouble eating out of her ceramic food dish. Because of the internal shape, the food would move around as she ate, making it difficult for her to get the last bits. The Basis Pet food bowl had the perfect shape I was looking for. Now, Nikki no longer has trouble eating and the high-grade stainless steel is a snap to clean. I appreciate a company that truly cares about it's customers and offers quality products made in the USA as well. That's a hard combo to beat.

The bowls are so well designed & executed that I immediately placed a second order for more bowls and added the bowl holders.
