Good quality materials, fast service...Cooper loves his new food dish

Reliable and great products! Will definitely order from them again! So happy to find dog bowls that were made in the USA!

I like the honest sincere approach to customer service that these guys use. The bowels and holders we ordered were delivered on time and the products were exactly as described on the web site. Emailed questions were answered promptly.

I ordered a product and was delivered promptly. I was delighted to see an a letter from the owner with care instructions and other useful information. I also had a question about a product, so I used the email on the letter. I had a response back right away. Such a pleasure to do business with and I love the products too!!!!

I do like the bowls, they have a nice depth and weight to them. I do wish the large were wider but my wolf pups refuse to chew on them, as they chew on everything else, and they do well with these bowls.

The dog bowls are the nicest I have ever seen. You can feel the quality. I've had ceramic, SS and some man made materials. None of these come close in design or craftsmanship. Outstanding!!!

It didn't take much research to learn that stainless steel dog bowls made outside the U.S.A. were not what I wanted for my dog. At Basis Pet, I found a quality product, made in the U.S.A. under exacting standards. To ensure his health, my GSD is being raised on a stellar dogfood, goat's milk and vitamins. Why would I want to compromise his wellbeing by putting his food in a bowl that could potentially be toxic? This is a quality product, with a well thought out design from a company that is very responsive and eager to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Kudos to Basis Pet!

I couldn't be happier with these bowls. The pictures on the website don't do them justice. They look beautiful, have a nice weight to them, and have a smaller footprint than the standard dog bowl. Plus I can be sure they are safe for my dogs to use. And the customer service is great!
