Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

Mike runs an incredible business. The quality of his products are unmatched and that alone would be enough to patronize Basis Pet. Yet, Mike goes well beyond with his customer service. His passion for his craft and love for pets is reflected through his commitment for a superior product and customer satisfaction.

I was in the market for made in the USA stainless steel bowls for my pets. I did a lot of research before deciding to buy from Basis Pet and I am very pleased with my decision. I like to support family businesses rather than the big box stores. I left my dogs' plastic bowl down that I wanted to replace with stainless and put the new bowls beside it and they all drank from the stainless instead of the plastic. Of course, the plastic bowl is put away and not used now. Dog approved!

I bought a dog bowl from Basis Pet in June 2013. Because that bowl has held up so well, and because I would prefer not to buy anything made in China (as are most dog bowls I've seen in stores) I recently bought two more from Basis. They were shipped and received almost immediately. I won't buy dog bowls anywhere else, and wish all the success in the world to this small business.

My cats had both developed a case of chin acne. I had been feeding them from a plastic dog dish. Now that they are feeding in style with their stand and stainless, low profile dishes their acne is clearing up! Thanks!

My dog bowls arrived very promptly and are a very substantial product. I feel good about using them for my dog. I did order a small bowl that really is a bit too small but that is my error. The only criticism I have of the bowls is they tend to slide around with an anxious pooch making sure they are "very" clean. I would like to have some rubber dots for them. That should take care of the problem and it is one I can easily address.

I received the double pet bowl stand and the large stainless steel bowls very quickly. The bowls have a heavy, solid feel to them, unlike the stainless steel bowls you would get at some of the chain pet stores. The bowl stand is sturdy and the feet really "stick" to the floor. This stand will not move while your pet is feeding. Overall great product and I am happy I invested the money in them

I had been searching for a new pet food bowl for one of our Beagles who liked to steal her "old" plastic bowl and use it as a chew toy. The edges of her bowl had become pretty rough and I was concerned because I was not sure where the bowl had been made. Upon finding your company I was quite happy to see Made in America and a lot of great reviews. I then purchased a new bowl for our Lucy along with a stand/holder. We have had the bowl for a little bit and think it is AWESOME! It is the perfect size (medium) and easy to clean. Also knowing there is nothing toxic in the bowl sets our minds at ease. Thank you for a GREAT product and for being such a AWESOME company!!!

Excellent company to do business with-products are of high quality and customer service and satisfaction are a priority with them! If you have concerns regarding the quality of the stainless steel bowls you are using for your pets then this is the site to visit! American made too!!!
