DO NOT BUY ANYTHING BRANDED BASEUS. Stay away,pay more for other brands who offer customer service and warranty and have peace of mind if something is malfunctioning. They are ignoring my emails and twitter messages from months,their famous powerbank 30k mah 65w bloated after less then 10 cycles and now I have nothing left to do but throw it away. I have waited for a reply for months,but they are just ignoring every message.

I resell basues products and i never had a costumer with an issue. most of my customer would come back to buy more because how well they worked. I sold my sister a baseus speaker a year ago and until now she still has it and its working great.

After three months of use, the Baseus 8L mini fridge stopped working. It was not subjected to heavy use (the door is open only once or twice a day). Is it located inside the master bedroom where the aircon is mostly on, thus the ambient temperature is not extreme. Even with those conditions, it did not last. Better buy a stablished brand and those with good service centre.

Bought a 4 3/8 Electric Planer from them. It arrived and upon opening the box parts fell out. It was BADLY DAMAGED ( UNUSABLE ). This is a heavy duty tool. The shipping box was undamaged so the item was packaged already broken. They refuse to replace it or issue a full refund, I am currently battling both them and ebay over this. Very Poor Customer Service from them.

I came across these reviews unfortunately AFTER I made my almost 300$ purchase. I immediately made a comment on a Facebook ad of theirs asking someone if they had in fact received their purchases based on what I was reading. Someone at the company blocked my comment and then messaged me privately asking for my order number so they could ensure my order was successfully sent. Here’s where the shenanigans began. About a day or two later, I receive a message from them that my order was on the way and they gave me a tracking number. It has been sitting in “awaiting shipment” queue since 8/8. I have messages them several times in which they tell me please be patient, they’ll refund my shipping fees, blah blah. Needless to say, I’m getting my money back. My attorney is handling it and we are pressing fraud charges.

Ich habe bei der Firma Baseus über den baseus-retail-store auf ebay mehrere Geräte gekauft. Ein Ladekabel 100 W hat einen schlechten Kontakt, das Laden bricht auf Grund dessen ständig ab. Nach der Reklamation ging Mailverkehr hin und her, dann verlangte Baseus zunächst Fotos oder Videos, anstatt das Kabel zurück zu nehmen. Nachdem ich dieses zuschickte, wurde behauptet, das Kabel wäre falsch herum eingesteckt. Zudem kam ein lächerliches Erstattungsangebot über 1 €, der ganze Mailverkehr und das Video hat mir mehr Zeit geraubt, als das Kabel gekostet hat. China-Schrott-Firmen wie diese Firma sollten vom Markt verschwinden - das wäre Umwelt - und Verbraucherschutz in einem!

I bought a Baseus 30000 mAh battery pack (aka power bank) from Trendyful and it stopped being charged after only being used 3 times. Listed as a "Pemium" power bank!! (LOL!!). We use high quality charging cords and the product was not roughly handled or anything else that could contribute to its rapid failure. In my opinion, these are junk products
