Hello every one! i want to share with u my experience regarding Baseus product specially their ANC s1 headset its a very bad product after month will start giving u a very bad synchronization problem and them will stop working with few months they are claiming a 12 months warranty policy just nonsense they will not honor it after sending them all the proof they turned their back thank god the credit card company got y back ..... before purchasing see some YouTube videos on the same topic please good luck!

Bought a 45W wall charger that failed in a month. They said "do not worry", they would send a replacement (with the next order), but they never did, and then stopped replying. Terrible product quality and terrible customer service.

Charger lasted 10 months before it died, 9 months guarantee... Useless, do not buy.

I bought a magnetic iPad case for €20 and it turned out to be useless crap. Right after unpacking the magnets turned out to be very weak and it is not sticking to the iPad (self-opening, falling from iPad screen while tilted, moving around on the surface). I compared it to other, cheaper cases and other products normally stick to the iPad. Case they sent is completely useless. When I notified Baseus about the issue and demanded a working case they offered me... €2.50 discount for the next order! That's it! Therefore it looks like a scam scheme, would not recommend it at all.

Bought a wireless car charger a couple of months back stopped working in few hours, bought a wireless qi charger a few weeks back stopped working in one day. plot twist Baseus is the worst brand wrapped in high professional package design. never ever buy these products, not even car phone holders yes!!!

I bought I wireless charger 3 months ago. I haven't received and they are not answering to any of my messages. Terrible costumer service!!
