I bought the Baseus Blade HD laptop power bank, but it occasionally stopped charging before my laptop was fully powered up.

I like the slim design of the Blade HD, but the little screen is surprisingly hard to read outdoors. It's a useful feature in theory, just not nearly as convenient when you're actually on the move.

The sound is good. The fit is good. The biggest downfall to me is that i lose connection to my phone quite often. It is really bad that when I am in the middle of a phone call and I lose connection.

Poor customer service

Backed their latest Kickstarter for the X1 Pro camera. We needed it for an outbuilding well outside WiFi range so literally only backed it as it claimed to record to the SD card for later playback. After multiple unhelpful and contradictory replies from their support team, it appears this was untrue, and so the camera is effectively useless outside WiFi range unless you install a wireless 4G router near it with monthly fee (the very thing we wanted to avoid). It may work well within WiFi range but please steer clear if you want it to record to SD.

Jag köpte Baseus Bowie MA10 True wireless earphones,har köpt dessa tidigare men från en tredjepart säljare en gång från Temu och nu sist från Amazon men båda slutade en av lurarna att fungera, tråkigt för lurarna var väldigt bra. Har försökt att få tillbaka en retur på garanti och få ett par likvärdiga ingen gång svarade de på mina mail varken från Temu eller Amazon. Och nu sista gången gav ena luren upp efter 2 månader så det känns lite sorgligt att inte ens då kan få tillbaka mina pengar eller bli ersatt med ett par nya lurar.

It is my oversight. I never checked. cause never thought the XC1 would have such a low (2.5) hours of playtime. Who can live with 150 mins of playtime? I am a Baseus fan. The XCI's are tremendous performers. Just for 2.5 hours. Through this purchase. I have learned a valuable lesson. READ ALL THE SPECS. Because you me be disappointed. Disappointed enough to throw them in a drawer. I just never thought to look. On to Soundcore or some other brand. -Have a good day

Everything were alright till warranti void and power bank expanded(it looks like its going to explode) also by ruing my device which were used to charge it.
