Ease of use and good quality sound

I like the open earbuds from baseus. Top 3 for open earbuds. The issue I have with these are Bluetooth connections and volume. I wish also they were a little longer for fitting. I enjoy app look and everything about them. I carry them almost daily. The call quality for me is better on these than most other open earbuds in my car. I just keep losing connection during calls and random times. I've purchased these for friends family etc. Again you have a great product. It's little inconvenience that other brands don't have but your pros are way higher than your cons.

The charge does not hold, but otherwise it’s OK

I bought a magsafe powerbank for my iphone in November 2023. In October 2025 I noticed that the powerbank didn not fit on my phone anymore and then found it was due to the battery swelling. I immediately contacted customer support who advised me to discontinue using it and within two days, I was told I will be getting a full refund via paypal. The product unfortunately failed but CS handled it well and quickly so.

All of the products I have bought which is a lot, have turned out to be very good. The best earbuds are the MA10 which is hard to find or out of stock. I have bought at least 7 of these and given as presents. The type c cable are the best. I have a couple of the BC1’s and a MC1 pro. Not crazy about these but it is an alternative to the MA10.

I’m really impressed with the Baseus Bowie WM02 TWS Bluetooth Earphones Stereo Wireless 5.3 earbuds! The sound quality is clear with good bass, and they’re super comfortable to wear even for long hours. Battery life lasts me the whole day, and the case charges quickly. For the price, they feel premium and reliable. Only thing I’d love is a bit more noise cancellation, but overall, great value—I’d definitely recommend them!

The products are excellent and the customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. The product supports on the website and the app are poor: the translations into English are clumsy and inaccurate, there are no product manuals with clear explanations, and the "how-to" pages are poorly designed and do not convey the necessary information. Again, though, the customer service reps are very helpful and if you have product issues, email them and ignore the webpage and app.

This product works great. Only reason there isn't 5 stars is because I've used it only once. It took me months to have the time to try it out.
