Very extensive work done to my basement, but the results speak for themselves. We've had some extreme rains over the 18 months since I had the work done, and not a drop of water in the basement.

Not cheap, but we have had no problems since Mid-Atlantic did the work several years ago.

Do not even bother contacting this company. We have a crack in our foundation and with all the recent rain we are constantly trying to keep our basement dry. We called mid Atlantic to come out and give us a quote. The first day I had to take off of work to make sure we could get the earliest appointment. They called an hour before and said there was a scheduling issue. I explained that I took time from work to make the appt. Man on the phone was professional and stated that he can reschedule us for Saturday. Saturday rolls around and 30 minutes before appt they called and cancelled saying they were pulled to an emergency. My basement has a constant flow of water coming in and that's not considered an emergency? Third time they said they will come out on Tuesday at 8pm with the chief inspector. Well no surprise they called at 8:30pm and stated that they wouldn't be able to make it. This company does not make their customers a priority. Do not waste your time like I did. Look elsewhere.

All work completed in one day and not a problem since. Professional job and excellent clean up job afterward

The work was done very well and we have not had a drop of water in our basement since it was completed.

It is such a relief to know when the rain falls heavily I'm not going to sweep water in my basement.

Overall: good experience. Cliff and gang- hard workers. They were responsive and helpful. Time estimate for the completion of the work was way under the was stated originally. Calls to the office in York, Pa to resolve some issues after the work was completed were not returned in a timely manner. I had to keep calling. I also had to call numerous times to get names of former customers who i could call for a reference of the work you did for them. I did call Better Business to ascertain your rating.
