The work they performed was good but they did not finish and appears to have gone out of business. I read that they were insured by, Hanover Insurance but they can't help me unless I come up with the policy number, or the name they're listed under on Hanover's policy. Can anyone help.

The installers did an awesome job. But didn’t finish the job. I called and told them but no one has contacted me back! Just like buying a new car having no service after the sale!

the initial crew were on time and worked quickly. However they did not explain how long the wait would be before the things they moved could be returned to their proper locations.

Purchased a home and discovered that this company had installed an in basement system in 2006. I inquired about the warranty and was initially told that no warranty would be available because I was not the subsequent purchaser in 2014 (I was the next buyer in 2019). I asked about extending the warranty and they scheduled an appointment for a tech to visit. Today the tech did not show up so I called to find out why. They had cancelled the appointment without telling me and I was told that it would cost $5500.00 to renew the warranty. I asked for a copy of the original paperwork to see exactly what work was done and they refused. They have no obligation to extend a warranty to me but this interaction has made me sure that I will not deal with this company going forward. This posting is to help you understand how this company works.

Very Expensive. Had to use my personal power cords as the installer did not have any power cords. Salesman was HIGH PRESSURE and I probably would not have purchased from Mid Atlantic except for the fact that I am going thru chemo and just wanted to get the job done.

The work crew was wonderful. It took longer than estimated because there was only one guy sent. My only problem was they clogged my drain in the basement with debris and they couldn't get it unclogged. They told me to call a plumber and if it wasn't too expensive, they'd pay the bill. The plumber actually talked to the owner and it was agreed the plumber would snake the drain. The plumber had a longer snake than the crew did and he was able to clear the blockage. I paid the plumber and 3 months later I'm still waiting to be reimbursed by Mid-Atlantic.

The ending was good. The beginning was horrible. The original crew walked out. I have contacted Mid Atlantic because one sump pump does not drain. It is now more than half full and they assure me it will drain. That all sump pumps are different. And if they come out there will be a service charge. It is very uncomfortable to keep a watch on the pump, to make sure it does not overflow. The second pump drains all the time, it is always completely dry.

So far, I have been happy with the work and it has held up well under an intensely rainy year. They work was also done quickly and the workers did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I will say, I had a contractor come by after the work was done, and he was surprised that the salesman on the initial assessment seemed to ignore a lot of water risk areas around the house, inferring that they should have done a more thorough assessment (there were cracks around the outside of the house that weren't noticed that could let in water.) But, I have not been happy with the service. I have been trying to get an operating manual for the sump pump installed since April (It's October now). It takes weeks to get a service appointment and, if my case, the last appointment made was not saved in the system and I had to wait another month to have someone come out. They really court you and talk about their service during the initial sales call, but once the work is done, they (pardon the pun) hang you out to dry.
