Have been using Baselane since the start of my realestate journey and it has been a great timesaver due to combining banking and bookkeeping.

Baselane makes the whole landlording process much simpler from collecting rent, to sending over a lease, to vetting new tenants. It will save you a lot of time. The only thing I'd want to see more of is a system for staying on top of maintenance/connecting with tenants about that

A software we have been waiting for ! We needed something like this for our rental portfolio and it makes our lives easier. Excited for any new upgrades to come.

Pretty good service, have used it for years. There are lots of options out there, but this one is definitely one of the easiest to setup.

While I have loved using Baselane I have to cancel it. My biggest complaint is that I dont know what to do with my extra time that I end up finding too many good deals and can’t seem to stop the deal flow. Although the time freedom has been amazing, I just don’t have enough self control to walk away from the deals I finally have the time to chase.

Baselane has significantly reduced my administrative workload, particularly with monthly invoicing, while also saving on fees for rent collection through ACH and streamlining several of my processes. The platform is user-friendly, and its robust resources make the learning curve manageable. I’m excited about the potential for additional features, which I understand are already being considered, and I look forward to their implementation!

I love working with Baselane! It is so easy to use. What I love the most about it, is it is super easy to categorize everything so my tax guy has everything he needs to complete my taxes quickly.
