This bank markets itself as a bank for profit first accounting, but it doesn't allow you to set up profit first auto transfer rules. You have to manually calculate every deposit and transfer the money to each corresponding bank account manually. I set up 2 businesses , 7 properties and 40 accounts, before I realized the bait and switch was pulled on me. Do not waste your time if you want a true profit first bank. This is not that at all. Also, there is ZERO Customer Service.

This was litterally built for RE investors. You no longer need a book keeper.

If you have not given Baselane a try yet for all of your property management/investment accounting needs, I would highly suggest you do so. I personally have been using them for over 2 years, and I'm really not sure why people are still paying monthly fees to software products that Baselane does for absolutely free! From the integrated banking, to the ease of use of the UI, to the most stellar support team if you ever encounter an issue! The support staff was extremely patient, attentive, and extremely professional. Almost unheard of in online app customer service these days. Baselane is always asking it's users what new features to include, and how to improve. And they LISTEN to their customers. Imagine that. Thank you, Baselane, for all you do for real estate investors, property managers, tenants, and everyone you serve. A+++ product and support team.

Customer Service is top tier, the system is great for our real estate business. And special shout out to Bassam for helping with a incorrect transfer.

I called to get a new pin for my debit card. They walked me through the process and made sure of completion before ending the call. I really like working with this bank because they help keep all my revenue and expenses categorized and easily accessible come tax time.

I called multiple times to get assistance with my issues with account, more time than not I would get connected with a rep, I explain the issue, then the reps disconnect the call. This happens as if they are trained to do so. VERY displeased with the customer service.
