My support representative was so patient with me. He guided me step by step through the entire setup. I highly recommend him with customer service.

I had Baselane connected to my banking account, however, there was some glitch that was causing the connection to not show. After speaking with representatives from Chase, they were unable to help me fix the issue. I then spoke with Ziad from Baselane who was able to walk me through the chase banking app and help me resolve the issue. I appreciate how knowledgeable he was and im pleased with my experience.
