BaselaneReviews of baselane.com

As this was my first experience with Baselane, I was extremely impressed and completely satisfied with the process. Mona was wonderful to work with—she was friendly, patient, and very easy to talk to. She explained each step clearly and made everything easy to understand and follow. Based on this experience, I can’t imagine having anything less than 100% satisfaction with Baselane in the future. Thank you, Baselane, and especially thank you, Mona, for making my first experience such a positive one!

Aya was very helpful in setting up my rental payments. I appreciated her sending me the live training session on rent collection so I can learn to manage this aspect myself. However, I had difficulty hearing and understanding Aya. The telephone audio was low and garbled. Baselane needs to turn up the volume or improve the system.

I think this is probably the current best website available for rental property management and rent payment collection. It has the most features of any of the options I've seen that are available for completely for free.

Elias answered all my questions and helped me set everything up. He was great! Baselane has fantastic customer service.

We are early into our experience as real estate investors, but so far we are satisfied with Baselane as one of the tools in our pockets. Recently had a minor issue but Marielyn was very helpful in getting our issue resolved in a timely fashion. Thank you Marielyn!

The phone support was essential.

Perfect!!!!

Saad was well-informed about the Baselane app. He was patient with me and was extremely helpful in solving the issues I was having setting up the monthly payment plan for my tenant. That said, there are several ideas I have to make the app more intuitive for new users like myself. As a customer, we should be able to map out and construct lease payment plans on our own and be certain that the work we are putting into setting things up, actually works properly.
