I have had my midterm rental with the Baselane platform for 6 months and have had to contact support twice, both times I received fast, and courteous help and my issues were resolved promptly. When I called in yesterday and spoke to Elias he needed to check on something and said he would get back to me within 24 hours, he resolved my issue within an hour, called me back and sent an email. Fantastic customer support!

The Baseline staff were responsive and able to fix some issues with my account within a day (accidentally created a landlord rather than a tenant account). Good to know that some online service still have humans that can solve a problem, rather than just mindless bots for everything.

My problem was resolved, and quickly. But only because I left a bad review here. I couldnt figure out how to edit or delete the other review because the issue was resolved. Its sad it took a bad review to do it. But its done. The blame was placed on the 3rd party processor sending funds to my account. They labeled the account as a checking ACH, but itbwas a savings account ... which caused my bank to reject the transaction. The rep tried several times to say it wasnt them, but I didnt even know they used a 3rd party to move the money so its still technically on them. I probably would have given them a 5 star had the issue been resolved before I left them a bad review, and continued to not take responsibility for a provider THEY chose.

Baselane service is great and reliable. People are friendly and knowledgeable. Always fix any issue or questions on one call. Don't believe all the trolls out there that love to post fake complaints. I have been with the bank for close to one year and they are better than any bank I have had contact with.
