I’ve purchased their watch straps before and they’re great quality and have lasted years. Nicely packaged too. My recent order arrived in about a week which is quick considering I’m in the uk. On this occasion I bought the wrong colour by mistake and they replied within the hour and kindly sent me a new strap at no extra cost. 5-star customer service from a great brand offering quality products. I have 2 Barton watch bands, which are on MoonSwatches and are outstanding bands. I ordered the wrong band for my Blancpain - I ordered a 21 mm and it requires a 22 mm. The return process was seamless with great communication. Joel took great care of me along the way.

Awesome customer service dept.! I purchased a band and upon receiving it realized it was too small. Contacted customer service about an exchange and Josh got back to me right away. He made it super simple to return the band and get an exchange. Even sent the new band out the same day free of charge.
