If there were negative stars that is what I would give. DO NOT BUY, their items are cheap, smell and they do not take returns. Waste of money, buy something else. Do not be suckered into their photoshopped ads claiming top quality. CHEAP and can't return

Please do not buy..
Please do not buy... I bought a pair of shoes, got them, and they were completely different than the picture. Quality is poor. I initiated a return and received a generated response. I've provided the information you asked for, and it has been two days, and there has been no follow up with instructions to return.

I bought a pair of shoes from this company. I let them know the problems with the shoes and i got a few full refund in about 2 days. I like that they acted so fast with my concerns

Well. I would like to SINCERELY THANK all the ppl who took the time to share their HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with Trust PILOT. This platform is my go to so that I can CHECK OUT companies that I never dealt with. Your HONEST reviews kept me from PLACING an order with Bareroots Footwear and being SCAMMED outta my HARD EARNED $$$ as well because I will not order from this company. I think that this company should be banned from the internet and even conducting business to the public based on these horrible reviews and the fact that they are not transparent. It's bad enough that the products are CHEEZY and THEN to have to CHASE a MAKESHIFT company around the GLOBE due to inconcise INFORMATION the company should be AUTOMATICALLY DISBANNED. Thanks again to the people who share their experiences with Trust PILOT and I want you to know that Trust PILOT does work.

I got scammed
I feel like such an idiot for being tricked by a beautiful picture. I did not do my due diligence. If I had I would have known this company is a front and scamming people out of their hard earned money. I ordered a beautiful pair of boots that I’m sure they photographed from some reputable wed site. I got these boots and immediately realized I’d been scammed. These boots are a joke. They stink, they look nothing like the picture, they didn’t even have the laces. The packaging looked like a black trash bag, which is appropriate because the boots are trash. Oh well, buyer beware. Stay away from this company. I wish there was a way I could truly save everyone else the embarrassment of realizing they got ripped off because that’s exactly what you’ll get, scammed and ”RIPPED OFF.”

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!
If this could be rated without any stars, it would be. Have been waiting for the delivery of my purchase and have been checking tracking, only to find out that the company used counterfeit postage and my purchase has been seized by the postal service. I have contacted them MULTIPLE times for reimbursement with zero response. HIGH CAUTION: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolute disgrace
I ordered a pair of trainers that were too small. Company asked if I wanted an exchange for bigger size which I accepted. The 2nd pair were not comfortable and the shape of these trainers were strange! So I emailed to let them know and said I wanted a refund. Well of course they said no refund if accept exchange. I hadn't been explained this! So now have 2 pairs of no use trainers to me and cost me £30. Absolute disgrace to get away with this.

The quality of these shoes is HORRIBLE
The quality of these shoes is HORRIBLE. They are not even labeled anywhere. I tried to get a refund and was met with long, wordy emails that finally led to NO REFUND! The customer service is terrible. No one should shop here.
