The company met my need to change the size of my sneakers. The sneakers are very comfortable. They ate my best footwear to work with toddlers.

Finally delivered
Finally delivered, after much longer wait than expected. I will admit that I got embarrassingly inpatient, especially after considering the tariffs and state of shipping.

Nice shoes
I did not like the first shoes that I ordered, and I wanted to return them. But the customer service representative said I could have a store credit which I used and bought some shoes that are really do enjoy. They’re absolutely very comfortable.

Received wrong item but reached resolution
I ordered a pair of sandals based on the photos shown on the website, but when they arrived, they looked completely different. I checked the site again and noticed the photos had been updated since I placed my order. On top of that, the sandals were far too small—even though I ordered my usual size. I reached out to customer service, and they initially offered a 40% discount and said I could keep the shoes. I pushed back, and they increased the offer to 50%. After another follow-up, they ultimately gave me a full refund. So while the experience was frustrating and a bit of a waste of time due to the misleading photos, I appreciated that they resolved it fairly in the end. I didn’t have to return the sandals, and I’ll just give them away.

Hi Lex, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re very sorry that your order didn’t match expectations and that the product photos at the time weren’t clear — we understand how frustrating that must have been. We’re glad we could ultimately resolve the issue with a full refund, but we also know the process took longer than it should have. We’re already working on keeping our product images and descriptions as accurate as possible so that experiences like yours don’t happen again. We really appreciate your patience and the chance you gave us to make things right in the end. Best regards, Bareroots Footwear

I cannot say enough good things!!!
I ordered these exact shoes last year and have loved every minute of wearing them; which is why I ordered a duplicate replacement! The barefoot technology has greatly increased my foot and ankle strength, balance and energy. No concerns about "hurting" your feet on uneven surfaces; when all of your foot muscles are engaged the way nature intended, you will find that you don't trod so heavily as with an inflexible or highly cushioned sole. I highly recommend these shoes!
