Nice items, friendly website

I couldn’t understand why if I went to your website the price of the item was higher than going thru the suggested item that I googled!

This company has been the easiest company to work with. The customer service is so caring, they have gone over and beyond to please me.

Ordered boots online that looked perfect for what I was looking for - I have smaller calves so it’s a struggle finding the right fit. Ordered a half size bigger than my regular foot size due to reviews suggesting to do so. It took over two weeks to deliver them. Once opened I noticed these boots are not at all what was pictured, cheap souls, not the same color. Also, were way too small in the foot , despite ordering a size bigger AND impossible to zip up my (small!) calf due to being way too tight. Altogether not going to work. After talking with customer service (Olivia might sound familiar to all of you) I had a similar experience with a 40% refund or to ship back to China (a $35-45 cost out of pocket). And given a return policy that states refunds can only be issued within 30 days of receipt. I wasn’t allowed the time to get them back to China. What a scam! Buying a $70 pair of boots to receive a poor excuse of what was depicted online and given the run-around when trying to return is absolutely unethical business. Disappointing and frustrating experience is not good for a first impression.

Olivia of customer service is one fine person. Renewed my faith in people. The new shies arrived promptly and are great. Perfect fit, soft and comfortable. Great people to do business with.

The shoes are low quality, made of flimsy material, and cheaply made. The stitching used to make the shoes is cotton. The second pair I received had fraying threads, even on the toe, clearly visible if they had any kind of quality control. Tried to replace them, but because I had an issue with the first pair (sizing), they would not do anything. No refund. No replacement

Ease of ordering. Product quality as adveertised.

Easy to navigate through the website. And ordering was a breeze!
