Avoid at all costs!!
Avoid at all costs, garbage shoes that will fall apart immediately and the company will leave you hanging and refuse to replace the product or issue a refund.

Ignored by BareRoots for return
Shoes arrived weeks after ordering, a size too small, and I’ve called and emailed the company several times and they are ignoring my request for a return. I will not be shopping here and I will tell anyone willing to listen the same. Update: info at bareroots-footwear.com no longer works as my emails are sent back to me saying it no longer exists and the phone on their website is disconnected.

Return/Refund issues
Ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe. One is slightly defective and I'd like to get a refund. I was asked to upload photos, and I did. Since then, I have called about 5 or 6 times and emailed 3-4 times. No response. I am getting quite upset!
