I ordered two pair of boots. One size did not fit and I have attempted multiple times to email the company as directed in their refund policy but the emails have all bounced back as undeliverable. This feels like I was scammed and I’m very upset that they have made it impossible to follow their return policy.

Love the styles of footwear, however since I wrote this review my boots order arrived and disappointed they didn't fit. The email they give to request a refund is not valid, it's so difficult to make a request for a refund!
