Scam
Scam. I work for a company that promotes traffic to social casinos, a well known company at that. This site will never make our last. RNG is non-existent. They are a scam. Do not play here. Do not deposit money here. I promise you they do not use RNG. They manipulate games. Again, this is a scam site trying to steal your money. Their positive reviews are fake.

Hi Trevor, This is the Bankrolla Support Team. We are sorry to hear you feel this way, and we understand that trust in platform fairness is essential to every player's experience. All games on Bankrolla operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, with game integrity procedures outlined in our Terms & Conditions at bankrolla.com. We take any claim of unfair play seriously and are always open to reviewing specific concerns in detail. Please email us at [email protected] with any session IDs or specific examples, and our integrity team will personally investigate what you have observed. Kind regards, Bankrolla Support Team

Redemption time is horrible if it ever…
Redemption time is horrible if it ever even happens. I have been trying to redeem $1000 for 2 weeks now. Wish I would have read reviews on here before buying anything from them.
Response from BankrollaApr 18, 2026
Hi Christina, This is the Bankrolla Support Team. We are truly sorry to hear that you have been waiting two weeks for your $1000 redemption, and we completely understand how frustrating this delay feels — especially with nothing but pending status to show for it. Our standard redemption window is 24–48 hours, though verification and compliance reviews can occasionally extend this timeframe, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions at bankrolla.com. Your case deserves a clear answer. Please email us at [email protected] with your account details, and our team will personally look into your pending redemption. Kind regards, Bankrolla Support Team

The support team says the same thing…
The support team says the same thing every day(because I have been waiting a week for my redemption and everything is verified) they say since there is a high number of payouts it is taking longer than usual, but I am very close in queue. They have said that for 5 days now. But why can other sites pay out as soon as you redeem. I like there site but why play if you win and cannot get paid. As of April 2nd. They paid finally after almost 7 days. Very happy bout that. I just don't think it should take a week to

Hi Eric, This is the Bankrolla Support Team. We are glad to hear your redemption was ultimately received, and thank you for taking the time to update your review. We are sincerely sorry for the wait and the repetitive "high volume" responses you received — you are right that this should not take a week. Our standard processing time is 24–48 hours, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions at bankrolla.com, and your feedback on support consistency has been heard. Thank you for sticking with us. Kind regards, Bankrolla Support Team

Reliable platform
Overall, it’s just a solid and reliable platform that’s easy to come back to. Everything works as expected, and nothing feels broken or unfinished. That’s what makes it worth using regularly.
Response from BankrollaApr 18, 2026
Hi Ruby, Thank you for the kind review. Being a platform that is easy to come back to is exactly the goal we work toward — we appreciate you being part of Bankrolla. Kind regards, Bankrolla Team

DOES NOT PAY OUT!!!
DOES NOT PAY OUT!!!! This is the second review I have left. After writing the first, I got a reply saying I could reach out to customer service for details on when I could expect payment. I reached out and was still not given a clear answer. They told me for the THIRD time my redemption was marked as high priority... I still haven't been paid.
Response from BankrollaApr 18, 2026
Hi Hagan, This is the Bankrolla Support Team. We are truly sorry that your previous review did not lead to the clear answer you were hoping for, and we completely understand how disheartening repeated "high priority" updates feel when nothing visibly changes. Our standard redemption processing window is 24–48 hours, though verification and compliance reviews can extend this timeframe, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions at bankrolla.com. Your case clearly deserves more than a generic status update. Please email [email protected] referencing this review, and a senior team member will personally follow up and provide specific next steps. Kind regards, Bankrolla Support Team

I didn’t have issues with redemptions before. My redemption was on 03/09.. I still haven’t received my winnings. And I’m disappointed because I liked bankrolla.

Hi Nicole, This is the Bankrolla Support Team. We are truly sorry that your redemption from March 9 is still pending, and we completely understand how disappointing this feels after having positive experiences with us in the past. Our standard redemption window is 24–48 hours, though verification and compliance reviews can extend this, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions at bankrolla.com. Your case deserves personal attention. Please email [email protected] referencing this review, and our team will personally look into your redemption. Kind regards, Bankrolla Support Team

Response from BankrollaApr 18, 2026
Hi Jo, This is the Bankrolla Support Team. We are truly sorry to hear that your redemption submitted on the 15th is still pending, and we completely understand how frustrating it is to be told you are in the "final stage" without seeing movement. Our standard processing window is 24–48 hours, though verification reviews and compliance checks can extend this, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions at bankrolla.com. We want to give you a clear update rather than another generic one. Please email us at [email protected] with your account details, and our team will personally look into your pending redemption. Kind regards, Bankrolla Support Team
