Edit2: they always respond on here to look good and I keep their trustpilot stars up but they never do anything. I will edit again after I reach out to them. Honestly it's been over a month and they want ME to reach out to them AGAIN!! PATHETIC!! Edit: if you look at the reviews they have exactly as many five stars as they do one Stars that's very suspicious This platform literally stolen242.00 from me by refusing me my redemption! I had to back charge just to get my 23.99 deposit back! Today 9/6/26 I got and automated message saying they had trouble processing my redemption that I requested back in 7/31/26!! It's all automated!! They have no idea what's going on. They blocked my acct Abt 3 weeks after I requested the 242.00 redemption because I had enough and did a chargeback. And today over a month later get a message that they had trouble processing my redemption and I replied to it and the same guy Mike tells me that they have a high work load and that they're working on my redemption as quickly as they can even though I've already charged back the money and they're not going to pay me in my account's been blocked if you read this and your money has not been given to you through redemption do a chargeback and get your deposit back take a picture of the redemption and get your money back
