Easy to use and no errors.

First, they never told me it was a beta, they send me an email like it was the real thing. I could use the app and when I asked for supported they didn't help me a lot, even when I clearly offered details of the problem the last reply I got was something like "Good, if you need help please let us know" and I didn't bother to keep using that. It's very unrespectful to try to use users to test the app without telling them that it's a beta, it seems like they wanted beta testers for free. It's is OK if people volunteer to test your app but you have to let them know first.

When I transfer funds into my Greenwood account it takes up to 4 days before the money is available. I recently used my card to make a purchase and it was declined even though I had ample money in my account to cover the purchase.

Great! Need more perks far as the checking & savings account. Especially, with direct deposit.
