It has been a pleasure using the Greenwood card and App. I did not have any fear of the safety of my money and I have not had any problems with access to the app. All features of the app have always been in working order. I’m happy to be a part of the Greenwood system.

I’m loving Greenwood bank thus far.

I love that all of my info is right in the app and ready to be copied and pasted for whatever I need to use it for. I just wish money transferred to other accounts faster.

Face ID hasn’t worked for the mobile app in weeks, ideally that gets squared away. Also unable to login with just the username and password.

I love the idea of Greenwood, so much of it feels amazing. However there are some things I would love to see improved regarding moving money: one for instance would be adding Zelle or other forms of transferring from one bank to Greenwood that is more efficient and takes place instantly, the way of transferring now from my other checking accounts (that I want ti get rid of) takes 3 to 5 days. There is no deposit checks on the app, if you want to deposit cash there are many places to deposit but there are most often fees, I have paid $4.95 to deposit cash. Also you can’t have joint checking accounts or savings accounts. Just little things that I hope will change.
