Ive had this account since they opened. I never had any issue except for the over active fraud lock down system. In which case you just respond to the text that the charge was legit and it immediately unlocks. The account also offers like 4% apy on the account which is unheard of. People love to complain for nothing. Its a new bank give it some time. Don't ruin something else for you because you're too inefficient at life you're operating your whole life from 1 account. An account that you knew was a start up to change the norm. Grow up and aquire some life skills.

To be honest, I use the account for weekends when I go out. It is something good for people who want to set a few hundred dollars away. I also think it is a good idea for parents or guardians to give to their children or dependents where they can safely send them money. We have to understand that this is digital banking system as well. I believe the purpose is to get minorities to deposit their money into a bank to protect their money and avoid all these cash and deposit fees. I think we need to sit down and have a conversation with the founders as well as Coastal Community Bank to see how we can make this experience better.

The platform just needs a way to do mobile check deposits.

It was a little difficult getting started but I am okay now. I had to have a company assistant help setup payroll deduction. She was able to fix the problem on her end.

I haven’t fully made the switch to Greenwood as my main bank because it is still in its infancy. However, I will say that what I have been experiencing has exceeded my expectations. I am definitely excited for what is to come.

I haven’t utilized all of the features this banking app has to offer, yet. So far so good, on what I have utilized.
