Great app and back

I am interested in a business account not sure how that works or if Greenwood offers that service. I am extremely pleased with my account thus far. However to time to fund my account from an external account is a slow process.

Not ready for Prime time

I would like for Greenwood to give account holders the ability to overdraw our account if it’s needed. I also think being able to transfer from PayPal to my Greenwood account would be great.

I love the app but have had to re-establish my pin on my card a few times. Once it is out of development phase and fully published, hopefully the issue will be resolved. Until then I always have a back up card on my or cash.

A bank should not open until all product and services are available. Clearly employees are still learning what their company offers because I read on the website the Mastercard had extended warranty but yet they couldn’t give me information on it because they didn’t know. The savings account earns a 0.25% APY and I was not earning interest with $10. I had something that should still earn $0.01 even though it’s not much, I can’t trust this bank to apply my interest without me checking monthly.

No problems so that’s great

I never received a new bank card. It’s been weeks since speaking with a representative regarding it.
