Greenwood is an amazing banking institution. I have been impressed with the commitment to change as a mission. Also the customer service is amazing as well. The app has been flawless and very easy to use. I know where my money is and it is always available immediately. I highly recommend Greenwood whether you are seasoned in finance or just getting started Greenwood will take you there.

I opened my account the first day we were allowed to join, that was months ago and I still don’t have my Greenwood bank card. I’ve requested it 2x and still don’t have it. When I tried linking my account it would never link. I was very happy to open this account but now I’m over it.

I can’t use my card at most locations because I have to refresh my pin apparently

I have been locked out of my account for weeks. I’m in Germany and tried to use my card at an ATM, and my transaction was declined. I know there is money in the account.

Started off legit. Let me set up my passwords and check my progress with my application but now the app doesn’t respond to commands like if I ask for a code to be sent I never get the code. Sometimes the dial buttons refuse to be pressed and the app stopped recognizing my password twice after about a week. Need a lot of work.
