They are a rip off

DO NOT waist your money! i just canceled my membership for my two cat boys. They are money making machine taking too many memberships without being able to properly take care of their members. Your money goes just for yearly check up that you have to schedule 2 months in advance. you should be able to take your pet there when they are sick, but it's impossible because they are too busy and have no availability. This almost cost the life of one of my cats who was sick (possible poisoning). They refused to see him, i tried to wait for someone to hopefully cancel their appointment.... it was a big mistake, my cat got much worse and ended up in emergency care overnight, at VCA. He almost died. 3K later.... he is back to normal. Don't make my mistake!

I called my dog's vet day after Thanksgiving and office was closed. I called several times. My husband suggested Banfield in New Castle, Washington, So I called waited a little bit to try to make an appointment and I spoke to Ben who was Very Professional and a Rock Star!! He knew exactly what my needs to be met. I got an appointment 1 hour prior to the phone call and I was so happy. So now I am thinking of going to Banfield that I would recommend. Ben was so helpful. I give him a 10 star rating!! Thanks Ben and Doctor Kwa ( sorry if I spelled the name wrong Dr.) You guys are a amazing. :) :)

One star is to many! I made an appointment to have my puppies looked at an get the puppy shots that were due and talk to the vet about my puppies health. I never talked to the vet and the nurse couldn’t answer my concerns about my puppies. After paying over $250 for shots and not being able to see the vet is just unprofessional as hell. I will never take my pups back to

Our beloved pit bull got old and it was time to say good bye. When we took her in the folks were ver caring and accommodating to our family on a very very sad day. They understand your pet is very important to you and treat you and with the utmost respect, It is never a pleasant experience to say good bye to one of your pets, who are large part of your family. At least the folks at Banfield are willing to do everything that they can to make the experience less painful.

I been with this call Hospital for about 2 years paying 135 monthly for my two dogs, When I take them for they vaccines or wellness routine they always make me paying more. I have called 3 time today 11/14/22 to see if I could bring my dog in because he ate chicken bones and its having a very bad diarrhea and no one ever call me back. I finally called one more time and they told me to look for a local vet because they didn't have anything open and they were very busy. So WTH I'm I paying for something that its not going to help my dogs when there is an emergency. my heart is broken to see my dog so sick and dealing with this useless people does not help me at all.

Vet prescribed my dog something to help with stomach lining after throwing up a couple times which made him even more sick. He threw up for hours and was super weak, I had to carry him in the house because he couldn’t get up from the grass. The vet couldn’t even return my call as it was not an emergency and then said there was nothing she could do and that there was no way for me to return all the unopened packets. This was not even the main reason for his appointment, it was a check up and I wanted them to look at his eyelid which they did not do. Every time I go they send me something I have to pay for even though I am already paying them almost 50 a month. A rip off, money hungry company that doesn’t care about pets.

Honestly Banfield really is a scam , they charge me 35 dollars a month for their wellness plan. Anytime I've taken my dog to get her comprehensive exam I still end up paying money ? So I basically throw over 400 dollars a year away for them to do a basic exam. I did cancel and even after that I'm still obligated to pay the 35 dollars a month till next year which is insane given I haven't even taken her ? Take your pets to a local vet instead it will be way cheaper in the long run
