Noah Larsen did an outstanding job helping me set up my insurance policy to cover my primary home and associated rental cottage (Accessory Dwelling Unit - ADU). I appreciated his patience with me on the phone, the completeness of his responses, and his friendly and conversational manner. He was completely accountable to me through several conversations and helped me understand my options. Equally important, Bamboo was able to provide the policy and the price was very good.

We recently lost our hazard insurance, with little notice or mediation from previous company. Jay was quick to ensure we could be covered under Bamboo. He was responsive and reached out when I was unable to reply on the same day. He also spent time explaining policy to me, and what coverage was provided. My husband and I are so grateful to him.
