The gentleman who helped me understand my payment plan. He was articulate, efficient and pleasant to interact with. He then sent me a breakdown of payments via email. I am grateful for Bamboo's insurance and dedicated staff!

We had received a cancellation notice due to nonpayment. We had originally set up auto payment with our insurance agent. But for some reason the payment were never received. It was quickly resolved after talking to Customer Service from bamboo.

I requested my policy for my vacation home be in the name of my trust. I had called my agent weeks ago and left a message for him to take care of it, but after weeks without a response, I called Bamboo directly and was helped by Skylar. She was great! Kept me on the line to answer questions until the change was made. She also sent me a declaration page.
