DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a helmet from them as well as a protective cover and months later it has still not arrived. They assured me it would have arrived weeks ago, but still REFUSE to take my calls or answer my emails. At this point they have effectively stolen hundreds of dollars from me and I don’t want the same to happen to you. Absolutely hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had and I’ve had to cancel cable.

After watching some videos on the actual durability of the helmet, I decided to buy one for myself and it does NOT come up short. This helmet holds the standard of the NIJ, has memory foam-like padding and retention system, I know the arc rails are durable because i put on Peltor adaptors and if you’ve ever put them on arc rails before you understand that you damn near have to snap your wrist in two with the amount of pressure applied. The shroud upon original inspection, I thought would’ve been a plastic/polymer material. That is also not true with it being something more similar to an aluminum/alloy (still very sturdy). If you’re on the fence I would take the leap. I did the research, I did the shopping around and THIS was the best money-to-reliable product I could find.

Didn’t have what I ordered. Didn’t inform me for a week, didn’t contact me or anything just let me wait. When I contacted them about it they asked if I’d take a different color, I said yeah, then they waited another week to ship it
