It all went well. Check out and navigation of the website is easily. My problem arose when after checking our I didn’t get a notification for 13 days. I don’t mind waiting, a little better communication would be good. Aside from that, shipping went really fast. Helmet arrived in perfect condition. Overall. Satisfied customer. Just curious to see where I can find out on how to use points from this purchase.

I ordered a helmet and the first order went ignored and i paid for 2 day delivery and it got sent back but on usps your company put 3 day select on it when i paid for 2 day air

Hi Daniel, we're so sorry about your experience! After looking into this I see that you paid for 2nd Day Air, and your order shipped a day late. To adjust for the lost day of shipping we shipped your package via Next Day Express at no expense to you. Unfortunately UPS took a full three days to deliver your overnight shipment. It has now been returned back to our warehouse and we will be contacting you offline to ensure you are refunded.

the helmet is great quality. but the buckle is on the wrong side. I called back twice cause I need a helmet for a left handed shooter with the buckle on the right side and haven't heard anything back. would very much like to hear back from you
