I received a tracking number that was canceled a couple hours later. Can't reach customer service by phone or email. Just trying to find out if the order was canceled or if there will be another tracking number. Edit: Customer Service reached out to me and explained the situation. I was given different options and I chose the best one for me. I had the helmet in my hands 2 days later. The helmet feels good, not too heavy, but definitely not a bump helmet. It feels like my old Army helmet.

Purchased a ballistic helmet, I like how it fits and feels. Haven’t tested it yet fortunately but I’d be willing to test it and take a video if you want to send me another 😉. All jokes but product comares well to other helmets and is affordable.
